We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns of unworn items in their original condition within 30 days.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our concierge team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in its original presentation box and secure it within a shipping carton with all original certificates.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Attach the prepaid, insured shipping label provided by our team to the exterior of the package.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
